If the plugin configuration "Consider stock/availability" is disabled, it happens in versions below 4.3.3, that the confirmation email is not sent to the store.

To counteract this problem, we have updated the corresponding e-mail template and briefly summarized below how to change the e-mail template in your online store.

  1. Log in to the administration
  2. Open the e-mail template with the name "StorePickup: Order Confirmation"
  3. Add a new line to the "Mail text" at the very beginning & add the following content: {% set pickUpDate = null %}
  4. Do this for all available languages
