# Installation options:
There are several ways to install the app:
# Installation via extension manager
Provided the app has been purchased via the Shopware Store, the app will appear in the 'Extensions > My Extensions' area and can be easily installed.
# Manual upload
Click on 'Extensions > My Extensions' on the button 'Upload Extension', select the zip file.
# Composer installation
The app can also be integrated via Composer from the Shopware Store.
composer require store.shopware.com/netinextincompleteorderreminder
# Check scheduled tasks
With the help of FroshTools please check if the tasks:
net_inventors.incomplete_order_reminder
net_inventors.never_ordered_reminder

have the status "scheduled". If not, please start the tasks manually once via the context menu.
