Especially with B2B orders, different people or departments often need to be informed. Whether buyer or supplier, accounting or warehouse management: invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, vouchers or cancellation invoices always arrive safely and on time with the extension.

# Simply set up and save time

DocumentsSubscriber extends the registration form and for existing customers the customer account with a notification management. The customer only has to enter the e-mail addresses for the corresponding documents. As soon as a document of this type is created, the additional recipient receives an e-mail with the document as an attachment.

This saves time in processing and annoying enquiries and hassle, because now no document is late or forgotten altogether. Simply information for everyone who needs it!

# Flexible and adaptable at any time

Another advantage is that the extension is very easy to use and the settings can be adjusted at any time. In the notification management in the customer account, e-mail addresses can be newly created or changed. All additional document recipients are stored in the customer account so that the administrator has access to the settings at any time.

# Everything in flow

Using your own triggers and actions, documents can also be sent automatically to additional recipients, e.g. a created invoice can be sent directly to your own accounting department as soon as it has been created in the shop.
