NetiNextGroupMinimumScaledOrder 6.0.1

So far you can only define the minimum purchase and staggering per item globally. With our Plugin you can define individual order scales per article for your customer groups.

Get started

For a number of articles in online shops, it makes sense to define minimum order quantities and graduations in order to make shipping or order picking more efficient. For example, when shipping wine, a graduation of 6, 12, 18, etc. bottles is common because the shipping cartons are designed for these quantities.

So far, you can only define the minimum purchase and staggering per item globally in Shopware, i.e. these values apply to all customer groups. With our plug-in GroupMinimumScaledOrder, you as a shop operator can store individual scales per article for individual customer groups. Different values can be defined for end customers and business customers or dealers, for example.

# Use minimum purchase and graduation combined

An example illustrates the combined use of the minimum purchase and staggered values: The minimum order quantity for the item "Wine Châteauneuf-du-Pape red" is 6 bottles for end customers and the article can be purchased in a staggered 6 bottles. The B2C customer can therefore choose between 6, 12, 18, 24, etc. bottles in your shop. However, B2B customers (e.g. restaurants) can only order the identical item from a minimum purchase of 30 bottles, the staggering for them is 12 bottles. So you can order 36, 42, 54, 66 etc. bottles in your shop.

# Define customer groups individually

Shopware already offers the option of defining customer groups as required. It would not only be possible to differentiate between B2C and B2B customers, but also, for example, a more detailed breakdown of B2B customers into " small restaurants" and "large restaurants". The GroupMinimumScaledOrder plugin reads the customer groups defined in Shopware dynamically, so that individual values for graduation and minimum purchase could also be defined for "small restaurants" and "large restaurants".

# Use with variant articles

If you offer an article in your shop in several variants, the values for the main variant are determined and apply equally to all variants. If you offer the item "Wine Châteauneuf-du-Pape red" in 700ml and 375ml bottles, then staggering and minimum purchase for the main variant in the 700ml bottle define, these also apply to the 375ml bottles. If you also use the VariantPrices plugin, the price of the product variant is immediately displayed.

GroupMinimumScaledOrder is therefore an effective tool, especially for shop operators who serve both end and business customers or who have defined different customer groups, to individually scale order quantities and thus keep shipping costs and logistics costs under control.
